Be a Perfect Bride
For every woman the happiest day will be on her wedding day and also the wedding invitations. Most prefer quality but cheap invitations. They take at most care of their body from hair to toes. Every bride wants to be perfect in every aspect. This will be the reason why some women seem to be feeling stressed during last few months of their big day. Stress can make brides to overeat or lose weights. But both are harmful to health. So there must be consistency in dieting. Try to avoid three large meals a day. For effective weight loss, eat smaller meals frequently. Make sure that meal should include more vegetables and fruits. Taking vegetable juices regularly will detoxify body and eliminates body odour. Methi, garlic and onions are good for health since they reduce mouth and armpit odour. Consume foods which are rich in proteins, vitamins and calcium. Fresh orange juices and coconut water are good for skin and hair. Go for oil massage before the wedding since it nourishes the scalp and encourages growth of healthy hair.
