There can be only two race drivers for a particular team in the particular race season in Formula One. Usually there will be contracts signed between the teams and the drivers over a particular period of time and this contract makes a particular driver as the team driver for that period of time. The teams will be very careful in choosing the best drivers among the number of drivers present. In fact the hiring of drivers for their teams is one of the most interesting parts of Formula One and every team can even bid for the same best driver. There are many best drivers like Fellipe Massa and Kimi Raikkonen in the Ferrari team. They are in fact the best among the present Formula One drivers. Lewis Hamilton and Kovaleniein is the other best driver who works for the McLaren team. Fernando Alonso is also the best among the drivers, who actually have Renault as his home team. He is very talented and proved to be a tough competent for the world champion Michel Schumacher. Kimi Raikkonen, the present driver of Ferrari is very talented and also has the fame of bringing back victory to the Ferrari team in the year 2007 which they lost it to Renault in the year 2006.
